French Holiday Home. This charming and recently fully refurbished stone cottage is in a beautiful and peaceful typical French village called Lignac in the Indre Department of France. The village has many facilities such as a post office, church, hairdressers, patisserie, village store and most importantly cafe bar & restaurant.

Originally two small cottages, it was renovated by professional artisans in 2005 to provide a luxury holiday home. The property consists of a front entrance door that leads directly into the large lounge/living room. Off this is a large dining kitchen which boasts all the modern facilities required by today's discerning holiday makers.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom facilites including shower. Two further bedrooms and a family bathroom are also on this floor.

Swimming Pool and large rear garden


As can be seen from the photograph on the left and right, you have access to a large swimming pool and a large rear garden for either relaxing or playing games.

The grounds have generally been laid to lawn but there are a number of bushes and fruit trees within the garden area.


The rear of the property has double doors that lead from both the lounge and dining rooms onto a large patio. Here you will find wooden patio furniture and a barbeque - ideal for the long balmy French evenings where you can relax and watch the sun go down.
