Up the wooden stairs to the first floor you will find a mixture of old and new beams and brickwork. The Master bedroom looks out on to the front of the house and has a double bed. A seperate ensuite shower room with WC, basin and shower cubicle overlooks the rear of the property.

There are two further bedrooms on this floor. A twin bedroom which faces the front of the property and another double bedroom with large windows
that overlook the rear of the property and provides glorious views of the countryside and the village of Lignac.

All bedrooms provide ample wardrobe and cupboard space.
Also on this floor is a partly tiled and modern family bathroom comprising bath, basin and WC.
